Competition Terms & Conditions – Ireland v Czech Republic Prize Draw

1. Promoter

This competition is run by Circle K Ireland Ltd (“Circle K”).

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to Circle K Extra loyalty members aged 18 years or over, resident in the Republic of Ireland. All standard Circle K Extra loyalty programme Terms & Conditions apply.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must scan their Circle K Extra app in-store during the promotional period. Each qualifying scan will count as one entry into the prize draw. Max one scan will count per day.

4. Competition Period

The competition opens on 18th February and closes at 11:59pm on 12th March. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

  • Two tickets to the Republic of Ireland v Czech Republic match on 26th March
  • Return flights for winner and one guest with Aer Lingus from Dublin Airport to Czech Republic for the winner and one guest, departing 25th March and returning 27th March
    • Flights include one 10kg checked bag per person
    • Additional baggage is not included, and any extra costs must be covered by the winner
  • Two-night accommodation at a 4 star location with breakfast is also included.

6. Prize Conditions

  • The prize is for the winner and one guest only
  • Tickets, flights and accommodation are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes
  • Flights and accommodation bookings will be transferred into the name of the winning Circle K Extra member
  • Travel dates, airline, hotel and room type are fixed and cannot be amended
  • Any additional costs incurred (including but not limited to travel insurance, meals, local transport or additional baggage) are the responsibility of the winner

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition closing date. The winning member will be contacted directly by Circle K using the contact details associated with their Circle K Extra account.

8. General

Circle K reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. The decision of Circle K is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

    • Circle K voucher codes are single use only & will not carry credit should your initial purchase fall below the voucher code value.
    • Only one Circle K voucher can be used per fuel transaction for one fuel grade.
    • Any outstanding balance must be paid using cash, credit or debit card.
    • Valid for in store transactions only (not valid at outside payment terminals).
    • Valid for use for 30 days from date of voucher.

Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions:

  • Circle K’s decision regarding prize winners will be final, and no correspondence regarding that decision will be entered into.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, and will only be awarded to the prize winner.
  • Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant, i.e. a name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
  • Circle K will not store prize winners data once the prize has been delivered.
  • Our competitions are open only to residents of the Republic Of Ireland.
  • Circle K will deliver prizes within one month of winning unless otherwise specified.
  • Where applicable, winners on social media will chosen at random by a third party agency to Circle K.
  • When, due to circumstances beyond our control, a prize is not available, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Any person or persons found to be in disregard of any of the above rules will be disqualified automatically.
